Our objective is to help individuals in transition to achieve the position of 1st & goal by providing training, certification, mentoring for their best chance of success. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 and work with veterans, former players and those with barriers (such as formerly incarcerated, leaving treatment or rehab, domestic violence or trafficked) to ultimately get them placed in a job at no cost to the participant.
