Serving the communities of Arizona, we stand as a behavioral health facility that thrives on helping individuals that struggle with substance abuse, trauma, and mental health disorder. Here at Second Chance at Hand Outreach Center, we seek to bring forth a warm family feel environment which helps staff connect more with clients. We offer services and resources that provide our clients with a fresh start and a second chance through recovery. Our services include individual and group counseling, life skills in recovery, employment resources and daily meals breakfast and lunch.
