We aim to provide resources and empowerment for women and men seeking personal and financial improvement, to obtain a healthier lifestyle. A&B Wellness, LLC provides life skills for clients’ that have falling short. We offer financial literacy to help others understand the power of money and savings. We assist in drug substance therapy. We establish a healthy nutrition program to improve physical health. Last, but not least we will offer counseling and workshop programs. We work in partnership with communities across Arizona to provide a convenient and safe location for the clients and their time of need.
