Disciples Ministries Consulting is a resource provider of free and confidential Peer Support Services for former NFL Players that may be struggling with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorder. Former NFL Players that are Board Certified Peer Specialist will engage with the player and share their life experiences in recovery to help aide and assist the player in successfully achieving personal goals. The Player Peer Specialist will also be able to assist the former player in access NFLPA and Legends Community benefits.
